When you order though Excellentwaterfilters.com, you can order with confidence in all of our products and service.  While we realize it is impossible to have 100% customer satisfaction, that is ALWAYS our goal.  Please rest assured that if you dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of your order.  If you feel you must return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

There are no shipping charges in the United States, which include Alaska & Hawaii.

We normally ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS, DHL, or FEDERAL EXPRESS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed, unless it is out of the US.    After order is shipped, a confirmation letter will be sent to you.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, and out of stock items may take longer.  If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

There are no shipping charges to Canada.


SALES TAX

Because Multi-Pure Corporation has a presence in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, by law, Multi-Pure must charge, report and collect sales tax from your local area.  After your order is placed, we will notify you within 48 hours of your total charges to your credit card.

BACKORDERS

In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for that order.  Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse. 

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email Support@excellentwaterfilters.com to cancel an order.
